Admissions

Admissions to T.K.M. Centenary Public School are offered based on the availability of seats and the eligibility of applicants. The school welcomes students from all communities without distinction of caste, creed, or religion, providing equal opportunities to deserving candidates in a fair and transparent admission process.

Admissions to various classes are normally conducted during the summer vacation before the commencement of the new academic year. Depending on the class and the availability of vacancies, applicants may be required to appear for an admission assessment or interaction. Final admission is granted only after successful completion of the admission process and verification of all required documents.

Students seeking admission to Class II and above must produce a valid Transfer Certificate (TC) along with the prescribed supporting documents. Transfer Certificates issued by CBSE-affiliated schools should be duly countersigned by the competent authority wherever applicable. Students from schools recognized by State Education Boards must submit Transfer Certificates authenticated by the concerned educational authority.

Admission to Class XI is based on the marks obtained in the Class X Board Examination or any equivalent examination recognized by the appropriate educational authority. The school currently offers Science and Commerce streams at the Senior Secondary level. Registration for Class XI begins immediately after the announcement of the CBSE Class X examination results.

Required Documents

The completed application form, duly signed by both the parent/guardian and the student, should be submitted to the school office before the prescribed last date. The student must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the admission interaction.

The following documents should be submitted at the time of admission:

  1. Original Mark List / Progress Report of the previous qualifying examination.
  2. Transfer Certificate (TC).
  3. Conduct and Character Certificate from the previous school.
  4. Birth Certificate (for age verification).
  5. Passport-size photographs of the student (if required).
  6. Any additional documents requested by the school during the admission process.

Fee Payment Schedule

For the convenience of parents, the annual school fee is collected in four term-wise (quarterly) installments. Parents are requested to remit the fees on or before the due dates. A late fee may be applicable for payments made after the due date, as per school regulations.
